Paranormal Streaming TV and Documentary Investigations

We are very serious about what we do in regard to paranormal investigation, and particularly the type of equipment we use and carry onto our investigations.
Our greatest goal is to acquire a thermal imaging device of a type that can be used to video heat signatures on investigations.
This type of device is very expensive (ranging around £4.500 GBP) but the results from it`s use far outweigh it`s actual cost.
We believe a device of this type would significantly advance our understanding of the paranormal.

Basic Equipment

Video camcorder with `add on` Cobra infrared illuminator.

All of our video work is performed using older analog camcorders rather than
the more modern `MiniDV` or `HD` variants.
The reason is simply that the earlier `Hi8` types have much stronger IR already installed on board allowing the user to capture clearer night video that is impossible to achieve satisfactorily on modern types.
The system is further supplemented by a Cobra Infrared Illuminator which transforms the video quality to allow the user to capture clear `nightshot` up to 80` making long outdoor or large building night video a reality.
The device also fully illuminates across the capture screen rather than a `ball` of IR light surrounded by darkness.

Electro-Magnetic Field Detector (EMF Meter)

Used to indicate the presence of spiritual activity by detecting fluctuations in the electro-magnetic field generated around the entity.
This device is silent and activity is indicated in strength by a graduating scale of diodes which light up when a presence is registered.
A very useful tool on investigations.

Typical Stock Equipment

I should say at this juncture that you should always carry a flashlight, but in truth you would have to be pretty dum not to, and always carry plenty of spare batteries in case any electronic equipment is drained of power (as often it does) during an investigation.
Other useful items to be used on larger investigations are walkie-talkie radios, and a mobile telephone in case of illness or injury.
There are many other items that you could employ in your kit, but these are the one`s used by us on any event or investigation.

Tape or Digital Audio Recorders

An absolute necessity on an investigation for capturing EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena) that may or may not be heard at the time.
You will probably need a good audio editing program such as Nero or similar, as much EVP is very often very weak or mumbled.
